Mark Long - Credentials:
Having worked within the fitness industry for seven years, including several nationwide health-club chains, Mark joined David his brother at the Key to a Better Life in 2007. He has gained invaluable experience with a vast range of clients from all backgrounds. He has worked with premiership rugby sides and players from Wasps, Bath, Exeter & Bristol, as a Sports Therapist and Masseuse. Mark possesses the following impressive credentials:
- Fully qualified YMCA AFI Level 3 Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist.
- Holds a Masters Diploma in Fitness Training and Sports Therapy.
- Juice Performance functional training
- Competed at an Elite level as a Judo player in Britain and Europe.
- Won a Silver Medal at the European Brazilian Jui-Jitsu Championships.
- Undefeated MMA Professional fighter from 2004-2008
